Amway, the world’s largest direct selling company, embarked on a transformative journey to enhance its global commerce platform. As a leader in nutrition, beauty, personal care, and home products—distributed exclusively in over 100 countries through Independent Business Owners (IBOs)—Amway sought to reimagine its digital presence to inspire healthier, more empowered lives for the next generation.
The project aimed to shift Amway from its traditional selling model to a platform where it could sell directly to customers. Our task was to redesign Amway's website, creating a streamlined, customer-centric shopping experience while delivering a robust design system complete with an intuitive component library. This comprehensive effort focused on evolving the brand, refining user experience, and enabling seamless global commerce operations for both customers and IBOs.
